Exchanges & Refunds

As all of our pieces are made to order, we are unable to offer refunds. However, we are happy to offer size exchanges within 10 days of receiving your order.

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, please include a note inside your return parcel with your original order number and the size you would like to exchange for.

Please note that we do not currently offer free returns, and customers are responsible for the cost of returning their item(s) to us. We strongly recommend using a tracked and signed-for service, as we cannot be held responsible for parcels lost in transit.

All items returned for exchange must be in their original, unworn and saleable condition, with all original tags attached. If an item is returned in a condition that does not meet these requirements, we reserve the right to refuse the exchange and return the item to you.
