Unfortunately as all items are made to order, we do not offer refunds. We do however exchange items for sizing within 10 days of receiving your item(s). Please add a note inside the package with your original order number, stating what size you wish to exchange for. We do not offer free returns so customers will be responsible for sending items back to us - We suggest a service that is tracked and signed for. Any items sent back for an exchange should be in a saleable condition with the original tags attached. If we feel this isn't the case, the item(s) will be sent back to you.
