These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of www.trendstudiolondon.com (the “Site”) and to any purchases made through the Site.
The Site is operated by Trend Studio London (“we”, “us” or “our”).
By accessing our Site or placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

2. USING OUR WEBSITE
You may use our Site for lawful personal purposes only.

3. OUR PRODUCTS
We make every reasonable effort to display our products, colours, materials and finishes as accurately as possible.
However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your device, screen settings and lighting conditions.
Where products are handmade, made to order or use materials that naturally vary in appearance, there may also be minor variations between individual pieces. These characteristics do not necessarily constitute a fault.
Product measurements and sizing information are provided as a guide. Please refer to the relevant product page and size guide before placing your order.
4. MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS
Certain Trend Studio London pieces may be produced or prepared after your order is placed.
Where an item is described as made to order, the estimated production or dispatch timeframe will be displayed on the relevant product page where applicable.
Please take any stated production timeframe into account before placing your order.
A product being made to order does not, by itself, affect any cancellation or return rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
However, products that are made specifically to your individual specifications or are clearly personalised may not qualify for the usual statutory right to cancel. Where this applies, we will make this clear before you place your order.
Your statutory rights in relation to faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods are not affected.
5. ORDERS
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your basket.
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:

There is an obvious pricing or product information error;

We are unable to authorise or process your payment;

We suspect fraudulent or unauthorised activity; or

An order has been placed for resale or other unauthorised commercial purposes.
If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled item(s).
Please ensure that the information provided when placing your order is complete and accurate.
6. PRICES & PAYMENT
All prices displayed on our Site are shown in the currency indicated at checkout.
Any applicable taxes will be included or displayed as required.
Delivery charges, where applicable, will be shown before you complete your purchase.
We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. Any price change will not affect an order that has already been accepted by us.
Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available at checkout.
7. KLARNA
Where available, we offer selected payment options through Klarna.
If you choose Klarna at checkout, your use of Klarna's services will also be subject to Klarna's own terms and eligibility requirements.
Klarna may carry out its own assessment before making payment options available to you.
Your agreement with Klarna is separate from your purchase contract with Trend Studio London.
8. DELIVERY
Available delivery methods, charges and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout or on our delivery information pages.
Any delivery timeframe provided is an estimate unless we expressly agree otherwise.
For made-to-order products, production time may apply in addition to the estimated delivery time.
Please ensure that your delivery address is correct when placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at info@trendstudiolondon.com.
Once an order has entered production or been dispatched, we may not be able to change the delivery details.
We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control. If a significant delay occurs, we will comply with any rights and remedies available to you under applicable consumer law.
9. CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS
We want you to be happy with your purchase.
For purchases made online, you may have a statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason, subject to the exceptions provided by law.
To exercise your right to cancel, please contact us at info@trendstudiolondon.com within the applicable cancellation period.
After notifying us of your cancellation, you must return the item(s) within the period required by applicable law.
Unless the item is faulty, incorrect or otherwise required by law, customers are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted goods.
We recommend using a tracked and insured or signed-for service, as you are responsible for the goods until they are received by us.
Returned products should be handled only to the extent reasonably necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and fit.
Items should be returned unworn, with their original tags attached and, where reasonably possible, in their original packaging.
We may make a deduction from a refund where permitted by law if the value of an item has been reduced as a result of handling beyond what would reasonably be permitted when examining the item.
Where a statutory cancellation right applies, refunds will be processed in accordance with applicable consumer law.
Personalised or Bespoke Products
The statutory right to cancel may not apply to products that have been made to your individual specifications or clearly personalised for you.
This does not affect your rights where an item is faulty, damaged, not as described or otherwise does not conform to your statutory rights.
10. SIZE EXCHANGES
Where available, we are happy to offer size exchanges.
If you would like to request an exchange, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order.
Exchanges are subject to stock and availability.
Unless otherwise required by law, customers are responsible for the cost of returning an item for a discretionary size exchange.
Please include your order details and requested replacement size with your return.
An exchange does not limit any statutory cancellation or consumer rights that may separately apply to your purchase.
11. FAULTY, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
All products supplied by Trend Studio London must meet the standards required by applicable UK consumer law, including being as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose.
If you believe you have received a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at info@trendstudiolondon.comwith your order number and details of the issue.
We will assess the matter and provide the appropriate remedy in accordance with your statutory rights.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits your legal rights in relation to faulty or misdescribed goods.
12. PROMOTIONS & DISCOUNT CODES
From time to time, we may offer promotional codes, discounts or special offers.
Unless stated otherwise:

Promotions cannot be exchanged for cash;

Only one discount code may be used per order;

Promotional codes must be entered at checkout;

Offers may be subject to availability and additional conditions; and

We may withdraw or amend a promotion where reasonably necessary.
Your statutory rights are not affected by purchasing an item during a promotion or sale.
