All products on our website are individually made for you, which means they will not be immediately dispatched after placing your order; Please allow 10 working days for your order to be sent out. You will receive a notification via text / email from us once we have handed your parcel to the relevant courier company. If it has been longer than the 10 working day period, please do not hesitate to email us at info@trendstudiolondon.com and someone will be more than happy to help.

All orders placed within the UK / EU will be at a flat charge of £12 which is a next day delivery service (excluding weekends). We use DPD for all shipping within the UK / EU and parcels should arrive before 12pm the following day. You will be notified from the courier company directly with tracking updates, in which you will also be able to re-arrange delivery etc.

 

All orders placed outside the UK / EU will be at a flat charge of £20 which is a 3-5-day delivery service (excluding weekends). We use UPS or DHL for all shipping outside the UK / EU. You will be notified from the courier company directly with tracking updates, in which you will also be able to re-arrange delivery etc.

You can buy with confidence knowing that if you are unhappy with your order, we will refund or exchange the garment as long as it is returned back to us within 7 days from the delivery date; The return address will be on the original packaging sent to you. Please add a note inside the package with your order number, stating if you want a refund or an exchange. Unfortunately, we do not offer free returns so customers will be responsible for sending items back to us - We suggest a service that is tracked and signed for. Any items sent back should be in a saleable condition with the original tags attached. If we feel this isn't the case, the item(s) will be sent back to you. In the unlikely event that your parcel arrives damaged, please email us at info@trendstudiolondon.com and someone will be more than happy to help. We will arrange for the item to replaced or repaired as soon as possible for you.

We can customise majority of the styles you see on the website in terms of colour and size; If you are above a UK 12, please get in touch as this is something that we do offer but would need full measurements from yourself. We have over 30 colour options to choose from so if you are after a specific tone, we will be able to match this. Please note, all customised coats will be non-refundable / exchangeable. Unfortunately, we are an online business only with no physical store. Please be assured that all images you see on our website have been taken of our own products and are a true representation of what you will receive.
